Here Come The Sleepless Nights

It's fitting that since I'm on vacation and have more time to saturate my time looking at things I can't have, EA is going to show them off in full force. Aside from the daily alternate uniforms, now Operation Sports has a beta copy of the game and is posting team ratings and top player ratings. (Georgia has a long way to fall this year.)

Top that off with the new feature at NCAA Strategies that allows people to compile sounds for the Stadium Sounds portion of the game and the new NCAA 09 site at EA Sports.com and things turned from obnoxious (The alternate uniform screens showing up late, if at all) to glorious in a matter of hours.

And so it looks as though with all of this content being posted on other sites, I serve no purpose. I say not so. When we've seen 25 different screens of the same pose or the 12th IGN article about the return of home-field advantage and we're all tired of reading and willing to kill to play the game - the purpose of this site will shine though, much like that nearly-expired loaf of Sunbeam when you forgot you had bread but had a monster craving for some toast.

We have nine weeks until the official release of NCAA Football 09 - do you plan on waiting that long?

Check back real soon.
